Right-click on Windows Explorer and select Restart. Click on More details to see all the programs and background processes running in the background. Additionally, check if you are running the latest Windows version. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open the Task Manager. Ive upgraded to Windows 10 and Im having some display issues. If you can’t use the Start menu to restart your computer, close all open apps and press Alt + F4 to bring up the Shut Down Windows menu.

This is obviously a VERY sentimental gift I'd like to NOT throw away if at all possible and I have no warrenty.PLEASE tell me I can fix this.if I haft to bring it to computer repair I will but I'd rather not.some of those guys are like mechanics and like to rig your system up for future visits. Samsung is not saying if they will have any drivers available thier customer support. If you run into this, a workaround is to unplug all USB device including the hub and just plug in the keyboard. This can be caused by some unknown compatibility issues with some USB hubs. And turns off.never to be turned on by itself again.i thought it was still updating since its known to still update in sleep mode but I let it sit over night and this morning when I went to turn it on it still proceeded to shut down.I don't even need to sign in and it does it at the sign in 's about 20-30 seconds after I turn it on. So the BIOS seems like a pretty likely suspect to me, in which case were stuck until when, or if, Samsung acknowledges the problem and releases a fix.
